CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Location: Desans Solutions Sdn Bhd
Qualification: Minimum Diploma
Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday to Friday
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada
- Follow up for product reviews
- Handle offline orders such as via WhatsApp and regular customers
- Handle company's affiliates such as review their videos, arrange free sample.
- Any ad hoc duties required
Required Criteria:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Skilled in using smartphones & computers
- Diligent in replying messages and patient with customers
- Interested in e-commerce & digital content
- Able to work in a team & take initiative
