CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

About the role

Thistle Express Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This full-time role is based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region. As a key member of our freight forwarding and logistics operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth coordination of freight and shipping activities.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling customer enquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
2. Processing and tracking freight and shipping orders
3. Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure on-time delivery of shipments
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
6. Providing administrative support to the logistics team as required
