Customer Service Executive (Logistics / Cross‑Border)

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our logistics and cross‑border operations. The role involves customer coordination, booking handling, and shipment updates. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Zalo, email, and phone
- Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English
- Create and update job records in internal systems (Daily Sheet / TMS)
- Coordinate with Operations, Planner, and Forwarding teams
- Track shipment status and provide accurate updates to customers
- Assist with basic documentation and POD verification
- Follow company SOPs and customer service standards
