Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle all phone calls, email, WhatsApp and walk-in customer daily.
- To update 121 exchange cases into system and escalated/ email to other department daily.
- To do data entry into system daily.
- To assist in filtering and foresee any potential complaints/ issues and second level personnel to attend all special/ urgent case daily.
- To assist in filtering complaints and TSS (Technical Service & Support scheduling.
- To be on shift duty during weekends and public holidays according to agreed schedule.
- To complete ad-hoc task when necessary.
- To attend and promote/ demo package to walk in customers.
- To check and complete admin tasks such as request stationary/ sundries daily.
- To handle the arrangement of on-site technician upon receiving complaints/ request via system/ CSRF.
