Job Description

Responsibilities



  • To assist the purchaser for key collection and joint inspection of unit.

  • To communicate with the site's contractors on handling defects in the unit.

  • To ensure all defects rectification work is completed within the stipulated time frame.

  • To handover the keys to the purchaser upon rectification of defects in the unit.

  • To provide excellent customer service by assisting purchasers and liaison with the relevant parties to enhance service performance.

  • To attend to residents' complaints and queries and provide assistance when needed.

  • To ensure that all related documents are recorded properly and kept up to date.

  • This position will be based at Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur
