Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and close logistics-related complaint tickets within the ticketing system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor ticket performance and identify opportunities to improve on-time resolution and accuracy rates.
- Review, verify, and reconcile monthly compensation bills with logistics service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to logistics complaints and compensations.
Job Requirements:
- Have more than 2 years of working experience
- Able to speak in English & any languages (Mandarin).
- Skilled in using Excel
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
