Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and close logistics-related complaint tickets within the ticketing system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor ticket performance and identify opportunities to improve on-time resolution and accuracy rates.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile monthly compensation bills with logistics service providers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to logistics complaints and compensations.

Job Requirements:

  • Have more than 2 years of working experience
  • Able to speak in English & any languages (Mandarin).
  • Skilled in using Excel
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
