We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at ML MOTO & LUBE SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Assisting with order processing, returns, and exchanges
