In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

• Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
• Ensure all its transactions are in compliance with policies (internal & external), guidelines and regulations
