What You'll Do
- Be the frontline hero — support customers and agents via face-to-face, calls, chat & email.
- Assist with SIM/eSIM activations, top-ups, and wallet transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors & distributors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support agents with training, commissions & referral systems.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Community, Finance, IT) to deliver great experiences.
- Handle escalations and make sure every customer leaves happy
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in operations, customer service, or telco/digital services.
