What Will You Do::
Handle inbound customer calls, chats and email related to mobile services
Assist customers with inquiries on plans, reloads, promotions, account status, and general service support
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
Accurately update customer information and case details in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
Perform administrative tasks as assigned
