Customer Service Executive

Role Description
GHHS Healthcare is expanding our preventive healthcare and wellness services. We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support our growing local and international member base.
What You'll Do
Handle patient and member enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in)
Assist with appointments, health screenings and doctor bookings.
Support GHHS Membership registration and renewals
Communicate with Chinese-speaking and international clients
Maintain professional, caring and accurate service records
Who We're Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin & English
Customer-friendly, calm and organised
Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality or service and industry preferred
Comfortable using WhatsApp, computer systems and booking tools
