Customer Service Executive

GHHS Healthcare is expanding our preventive healthcare and wellness services. We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support our growing local and international member base.
JOB SCOPE
Handle patient and member enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in)
Assist with appointments, health screenings and doctor bookings.
Support GHHS Membership registration and renewals.
Communicate with Chinese-speaking and international clients.
Maintain professional, caring and accurate service records.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fluent in Mandarin & English.
Customer-friendly, calm and organised.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality or service industry preferred.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, computer systems and booking tools.
