We are an international hospital consultancy company working closely with reputable overseas hospitals. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is pleasant, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and patient enquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, and email
• Provide clear, polite, and timely responses to clients and family members
• Assist in coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and basic documentation
• Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
• Liaise with overseas hospital partners when required
