Job Responsibilities:
Attend to inquiries on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Facebook, and other social media channels associated with the Company.
Handle daily social media chat messages and provide timely responses to customers.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items promptly.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
Manage daily incoming calls, messages, emails, customer reviews, and social media chats from all platforms.
Inform customers about ongoing deals and promotions.
Provide internal sales support to HQ, including confirmation of sales and delivery orders.
Coordinate with and support the internal customer service and logistics teams.
