Tribe is expanding We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive Mandarin & Enlish‑speaking to support a leading client in the urban mobility and sustainable transport industry. You will be the first point of contact, delivering high‑quality customer support across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer enquiries via live chat, calls, and email
- Provide personalized solutions and product recommendations
