About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at TXI Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, managing key documents, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating job entries in the logistics system
- Preparing essential documentation such as Customs Forms, Bill of Lading, and Airway Bills
- Coordinating daily delivery planning with the operations team
- Involve in billing process
- Providing daily shipment updates to customers
Requirements & Skills
