Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and at the service counter
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Record, update, and maintain customer information in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems)
- Customer-oriented, patient, and responsible attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs
