Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and at the service counter
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies
  • Record, update, and maintain customer information in the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems)
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and responsible attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs
