Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Hotline) | Fully Remote - WFH
Industry: TV Online Shopping Platform
Working Duration: 6 Month (Renewable)
Working Location: Fully Remote - WFH
Intake: End June - July
Working Day/Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (Subject to Rooster)
Benefits: Basic Salary RM 2,500 + RM 500 (Language Allowance) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Process and verify customer orders accurately.
Assist customers with product enquiries, order status updates, delivery-related questions, and general service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, and company services.
Resolve customer enquiries promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
