Customer Service Executive (manufacturing/semicons)

Our client is a manufacturer of specialised resin-based materials for the semiconductor industry and high-performance plastics. Their products include epoxy moulding compounds used for semiconductor packaging (to encapsulate semiconductor devices), as well as die-attach pastes and liquid epoxy resins for semiconductor applications. Currently, they are looking for a Customer Service to join their team.

Job Details:

• Basic Salary: $2600-$3800 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
• Working Location: Senoko (Near to Sembawang)
• Transport provided from Jurong and Tampines area

Job Scope:

• Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities.
• In charge of order processing from order entry until shipment.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
