Customer Service Executive

Responsisbility

• Ensure compliance to warehouse safety and adhere to the guideline
• Render support to customers' logistical needs.
• Ensure warehouse resources are deployed in most cost optimum manner.
• Review daily operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement in process flows, productivity and operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and optimum space management within warehouse.
• Prepare and submit the OMS workorder and Bill request DataPrepare staff's monthly attendance in HRIS for submission for manager's approval.
• Adhere and ensure that the team follows safety protocols to avoid any personal injury / property damage
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
