• 5 Days Office Hour
• Tiong Bahru / Cashew / Ang Mo Kio / Paya Lebar
• UP $3500 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries via phone call and email.
• Oversee escalations, complex cases, and service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient, holistic service delivery.
• Conduct quality checks, analyze data trends, and implement initiatives to enhance service standards.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors' Degree in Business or equivalent
• No Experience Required, Training will be Provided
