Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and maintain quotations, sales orders, service orders, and Customer-Owned Material (COM) refurbishment orders.
- Generate Return Authorization (RAM) for material returns from global warehouses and customers.
- Place orders and provide customers with accurate information on pricing, availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using approved communication tools (e.g., Apropos and related systems).
- Perform transactional activities using ESKER and WINSHUTTLE platforms with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor urgent orders closely to ensure on-time shipment and delivery commitments.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives for Global Spares and actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
