Job Description

                    Generate, update, and resend final invoices. Release of Sales Invoices. Issues/re-issues proforma invoices, auction deposits, dealer stock invoices, and balance invoices. 
Update sales orders. Putting Sure Check upon verification of Consignee Details, Port of Discharge, BL Separate or Combine and Updated Shipping Memo. Update to SHIP OK status if Sure Check is complete. 
Putting check marks on DHL Info upon verification of Courier Address, Final Invoice, if BL is Pick up or Surrender and Updated Shipping Memo. Update to Release OK status if DHL Info is complete. 
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding different concerns on their accounts, payment, complaints among others and transfer calls to concern departments or personnel 
Attend to email received in Freshdesk from external and internal customers regarding different concerns 
Make a call to external customers to follow up and verify details; make a return call for missed and dro...
