Customer Service Executive

Employment Background Screening (EBS) is a fundamental and growing activity of the company and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to lead the day to day client relationship for all employment background screening activities for clients in Malaysia We are in growth mode so this represents an exciting opportunity for the right person with dedication, drive and ambition
Responsibilities:

• Manage the launch of all new candidate screenings.
• Present training of client representatives.
• Deliver strong relationships with existing customers.
• Encourage long-term business links ensuring that client needs are fully satisfied.
• Handle all inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Assist the field team with reporting activities.
