 Proficient in MS Office 
 Fresh grads/diploma holders welcome 
 Good command on English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is plus. 
Responsibilities: 
 Handle customer queries (phone/email) 
 Resolve complaints professionally 
 Maintain customer records 
Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
