Job Description
You will ensure exceptional service and support, meeting customer needs to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
- Managing customer's profiles to enhance understanding on customer's preference and requirement and offer value-added services.
- To be the key contact of customers in order management and fulfillment.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Manages the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing.
- Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by manager.
