Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via communication channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams.
  • Prepare service quotations, delivery orders and billing documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service feedback.
  • Follow up proactively on service issues, customer complaints and resolution tracking.
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in Business, Hospitality or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service / client coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
