Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via communication channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams.
- Prepare service quotations, delivery orders and billing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service feedback.
- Follow up proactively on service issues, customer complaints and resolution tracking.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in Business, Hospitality or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service / client coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
