Customer Service Executive

DAIKIN ASIA SERVICING PTE LTD was incorporated in Singapore since 1997 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of our holding company Daikin Industries Ltd, under After Sales Service Division. Its main activity is to distribute spare parts of air‑conditioning and reefer container in Asia Oceania region and Daikin Spare Parts Centres.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sales order management for customers.
• Perform allocation of stocks and arrange delivery for customers’ orders.
• Provide quality customer service support to customers over e‑mail and phone.
• Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
• Perform problem solving to value‑added customers.
• Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
