About the job Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
- Handle first-level enquiries from tenants and visitors via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service to meet tenant and visitor needs.
- Record, track, and escape feedback, issues, and urgent cases appropriately.
- Support tenant events, visitor registration, and daily building activities.
- Manage parking applications and coordinate tenant information with relevant parties.
Requirement:
- With 1 year working experience
Additional Information:
- Located in Raffles Place
- Alternate Saturday: 9am to 12pm, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
- Up to $3500
