Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e‑mail and phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalation issues promptly when required.
- Perform sales order management for customers.
- Perform allocation of stocks and arrange delivery for customers orders.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
- Perform problem solving to value‑added customers.
- Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree in Business or any relevant discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
