In this full-time, North Region-based role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Process customer orders and handle returns, exchanges and refunds
3. Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies
4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
