Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing house accounts, both local and international with allocated budget
  • Handling new and house accounts given by manager
  • Confirming the orders and flowing the jobs to production and ensuring all matters or enquiries are met
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and handling feedback and complaints from clients
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.
  • Preparing and distributing customer activity reports and maintaining customer database
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
