Position Title: Customer Service Executive

Working Location: Central – Marymount

Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm

Salary Package: Up to SGD 40,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales department in their operations
• Facilitate coordination between customers, transporters, and warehouses
• Prepare necessary documentation for imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order releases
• Verify all associated costs
• Respond to inquiries concerning rates, shipment tracking, and related issues
• Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes

Qualifications

• Min. O level
• Min. 1 year of working experience in related role but must have experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
