What You Can Be Expected To Do:

Customer Handling

• Greet and assist walk-in and appointment customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle job creation, service registration, and customer data entry accurately in the system.
• Explain service terms, quotations, and charges clearly to customers.
• Manage machine check-in and check-out procedures (collection, delivery, receipt issuance).
• Follow up with customers on repair updates and machine readiness.
