Customer Service Executive (Call Center – E-Hailing & Delivery)

Minimum Age: 18 years old

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM 2800 (depends on the experience)
• Night Shift Allowance: RM300
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM400
• Joining Bonus: RM1,500 (upon successful onboarding)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls, live chat & emails
• Support customers for E-Hailing & Delivery services (Malaysia & Singapore)
• Manage inquiries, complaints, feedback & app-related issues
• Work as a team to achieve KPI & SLA
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
