Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support order fulfillment operations for retail and home improvement services, including Macy's retail orders or HVAC/home improvement projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, coordinating with customers and vendors, and providing timely updates throughout the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
