Customer Service Facilitator

Job Summary

The Customer Service Facilitator (CSF) is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience through efficient coordination of service requests, client communication, and administrative support. In addition, the role oversees basic inventory monitoring, stock control, and materials coordination to ensure uninterrupted branch operations.

Qualifications

• College Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• Must be personable, flexible and adaptive to change
• Can handle frontline function such as facilitating customer service needs and requirements
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in service-oriented companies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy, especially in handling inventory records.
