Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for a U.S. Property Management Software Platform. This person must have a great customer service mentality and excellent written and spoken English.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing an excellent experience for our users through positive interactions and problem solving skills.
- Implementing company's policy while supporting the customer to solve their problems and understand the software better.
- Escalating tickets for issues that require IT support.
What we are looking for
- Advanced English level both written and spoken
- Previous experience in Property Management Companies and using software for property management (Fixt, Yardi, Appfolio, or similar)
What we offer
- Monthly salary of $15,000 before taxes
- Home office bonus of $800 pesos a month
- Mexican law benefits
