We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for a U.S. Property Management Software Platform.This person must have a great customer service mentality and excellent written and spoken English.Job Responsibilities- Providing an excellent experience for our users through positive interactions and problem solving skills.
- Implementing company's policy while supporting the customer to solve their problems and understand the software better.
