Customer Service Forwarding Assistant

Working Time : Monday – Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Saturday (8.30am – 1.00pm)

Salary: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month (subject to overtime claim)

We provide: Epf, Perkeso, MC, AL, Allowance, Alternative Saturday, Annual Review and etc

Responsibilities:-

• Liaise with customer for export shipping documents for tracking of shipments.
• Monitor and arrange for delivery of cargo within specified/requested period.
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely.
• Assist the superior to generate management report whenever required.
• Coordinating with shipping/warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
