Customer Service Forwarding

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating job entries in the logistics system
• Preparing essential documentation such as Customs Forms, Bill of Lading, and Airway Bills
• Coordinating daily delivery planning with the operations team
• Involve in billing process
• Providing daily shipment updates to customers

Requirements & Skills
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Degree graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
