We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Frontline Support Agent to join our growing team in Umhlanga. This is a 100% office-based role involving inbound customer support, data processing, and CRM management.

Working Hours & Shifts

This role operates on rotational shifts (South African time):

• 09:00 – 17:00
• 13:00 – 01:00
• 13:00 – 20:00

Monthly Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week
• 1 week per month includes 6 shifts
