Customer Service & Garment Care Apprentice

To provide excellent customer service at the counter while ensuring the smooth handling, processing, and care of customers’ garments and household items. The role involves front-of-house service and basic administration.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Working hours will be 30-40 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Saturday. Working times will fall between 8:00am and 6:30pm, with shift patterns to be agreed.
