Responsibilities:

• Generate and respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, or online channels
• Assist clients in selecting products or services and provide accurate proposals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and rapport
• Support smooth execution of orders and coordinate with internal teams for delivery or service
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience
• Ensure accurate tracking of orders and related documentation

Requirements:
