Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Customer Relations Intern to join our Commercial Team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). What will you do?
Handle simple quotations (e.g.
new packaging, new master, freight, samples, etc.) that do not require Capex, with Key Account Executive approval Perform condition analyses and simulations to optimize pricing, later validated by the Key Account Executive Periodically update price lists in all their components (resins, masterbatch, pack & freight,) Upload price lists and sales orders into SAP Collect information on cost increases (raw materials, energy, HR, etc.) to support potential price reviews Know, suggest updates to, and monitor the correct application of contractual clauses Supervise product and packaging changes ensuring coherence with sales conditions Help to perform periodic analyses on rebates vs.
sales, sold volumes vs plan, depreciations, ret...
