Job Description
Homestay Customer Service
Work Location: Eco Palladium
Working Hours: 3pm-12am (5 working days per week, may include weekend duty)
Monthly Salary: RM2,800-RM3,500
JOB SCOPE:
Handling customer bookings through platforms such as Airbnb, , Agoda, and others.
Providing detailed information on the check-in and check-out process.
Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Communicating with the maintenance or housekeeping team in case of any issues at the homestay.
