We are now looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Intern. This position is located in Johor Bahru.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in operational support, with a focus on customer order management, logistics coordination, and business reporting
What you will do
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer master data if any (creation and revisions)
• Coordinate sample requests and ensure timely delivery
• Update price lists promptly and accurately
• Book shipments and coordinate with forwarders and transporters
• Maintain and update distribution cost data in relevant systems
