About the role
EVOSCALE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support to join our growing team. As a Customer Service & Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Kinrara, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Log all warranty claims and technical issues in the ticketing system.
- Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
- Keep customers informed of issue status, expected resolution times, and any delays.
- Collaborate with technical/sales teams to resolve the issues.
- Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
