Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls for international customers
- Resolve customer issues & problems
- Retain professional relationships with customers and brands 
Requirements:
- Professional spoken English (spoken, written & read)
- Work on rotational shift
- Willingness to travel to KL City area
