We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Vietnamese (English may be required internally)
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting service quality standards
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases following standard procedures
• Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth service delivery
